About Sidrah Ahmad
Sidrah's unique perspective comes from a mix of education in Business Administration in Management, and Sociology; along with 15 years of varied work experience in Direct Community Work, Service Planning & Design, Programme Evaluation, Organisation Development, Strategy & Capability Building in Singapore’s Social Service Sector.

She is also a caregiver who loves many things - spending time with her loved ones, travelling, reading, nature, philosophy and the arts.
It all began with a chance conversation with a Social Worker friend, leading Sidrah to 3 years of direct community work supporting low-income families, individuals and children facing high-risk circumstances.

This evolved into sector-building work at National Council of Social Service (NCSS), partnering Social Service Agencies in Service Planning, Management and Evaluation to deliver services to Children, Youth & Family sub-sectors.

Seeing first-hand the crucial role of organisational strength on service delivery, Sidrah moved from service planning, into strengthening organisational capacity and capability of Social Service Agencies.

These days, Sidrah enjoys applying a range of lenses and perspectives while working with the non-profit sector in different capacities - consulting, coaching, practical support - wherever the needs and winds may take her.

In parallel, Sidrah's lived experiences have made her passionate about the sub-sectors of caregiving and workplace wellbeing.
