Strategy & Organisation Development

Strategy Review & Planning

Through a structured and inclusive process of org-wide engagement, we help organisations take a look at what works in the existing strategy, what doesn't and where to go next. We help you pause to reflect on how clear, realistic and aligned important things are: vision, mission, values, strategy, workplans. We carry out retreat and facilitation sessions on revisioning, and building new strategies and plans.

Our value add: We take our time engaging key stakeholders on the journey, so that the new/revised strategy plan already has buy-in, making Change Management and adoption smoother. 

Leadership Team Development

Where Senior Leadership is not a team - it is not Senior Leadership. We facilitate Leadership to identify and build two key areas: (a) what is needed to get the team to be "teaming", and (b) what is needed to get the individual leaders to be "leading".

Organisational Health Diagnostics

We assess the health of your organisation by engaging key stakeholders and analysing key documents and processes across Strategy & Leadership, Governance, People, Finances, Digitalisation, Communications & Partnerships and User-Centric Services. With the strengths and areas of development identified, you can make comprehensive plans in the form of prioritised steps towards building organisational capability, a little at a time. 

Our Value-Add: Having been on the team that developed the Organisational Health Framework for Social Service (OHFSS), we can claim to know a little more than something about diagnostics for SG's social service sector.

Board Development & Effectivenesss

Through workshops, retreats and diagnostic assessments, we facilitate Boards to create clarity around their role, build effective partnership with management, and uphold good stewardship in line with the Code of Governance for Charities and IPCs. 

Our Value-Add: We hold space for pause and reflection at Board-level, where time isn't often made for it. 

Compliance

Identify areas within internal systems to strengthen in meeting regulatory, ethical, and governance requirements with confidence. Our support includes reviewing policies and processes to ensure alignment with the Charities Act, the Code of Governance for Charities and IPCs, and funder requirements. 

Culture Building

We build culture through a process of identifying common ground between the organisational values and the values of the individuals that make it up. With this done, we facilitate alignment of behaviours, processes, policies and pracctices.

Change Management

When it comes to Change Management, we start the engagement at the design phase itself, because the organisation's internal stakeholders know best. The process involves acknowledging current realities and concerns, building shared understanding, clear communication, visible leadership support, and practical steps that help people adapt and commit. By starting with the lived realities and concerns of the internal stakeholders, we help leaders plan the change thoughtfully. Our priority is to balance strategy with empathy.

Executive & Leadership Coaching

Certified in professional coaching, our base is built on in Appreciative Enquiry and the ARC (Awareness, Responsibility, Choice) model. We support leaders and non-leaders through the coaching, to bring their authentic selves to the workplace.

Needs & Gaps Assessments

Through facilitating stakeholder interviews and focus groups, and extracting insights from quantitative and qualitative data, we help you understand what your communities need. We map current services, programmes and resources to highlight gaps and opportunities. With this information, organisations are able to design support that is relevant, evidence-based and ultimately impactful.

Theory of Change Development

We facilitate a guided process that helps your team articulate how your work leads to meaningful change. Through collaborative workshops, we support staff and leaders to define the problem statement and desired impact, identify key outcomes, and map the logical links between activities and goals while surfacing assumptions. In this way, your team creates a clear Theory of Change that your organisation understands, owns, and can use to guide strategy, design, and/or monitoring and evaluation.

Programme Evaluation & Impact Review

We design and conduct evaluations that help organisations understand what is working, what can be improved, and why. This includes developing evaluation frameworks and indicators, designing data-collection tools such as surveys, interview guides, and feedback forms, and extracting insights from the data. In process evaluations, we examine how programmes are being implemented — looking at fidelity, reach, participant experience, and operational enablers or barriers. In outcome evaluations, we assess the results achieved, measuring progress against intended outcomes, and identifying the factors that contributed to impact. We translate findings into clear, actionable insights and build your team’s capacity to measure, reflect on, and communicate real change.

Human Centred Design Facilitation

We design and facilitate participatory processes that bring the voices of service users, caregivers, staff, and partners directly into decision-making and design. Depending on your needs, this can include conducting user interviews and focus groups, facilitating co-creation and journey-mapping workshops, synthesising insights into personas or problem statements, and guiding teams to prototype and test new service ideas. Organisations engage us when they are planning new programmes, refreshing existing services, or seeking to align stakeholder perspectives around shared outcomes and user experience.

Workplace WellBeing & Healthy Workplaces

We help organisations take a closer look at how staff are really doing — across emotional, social, and organisational dimensions. This process highlights strengths and areas for improvement in workplace wellbeing.
